Admission Procedure

Admissions from Play Group to Class IX are awarded on merit and availability of seats.  Following categories are given priority for admission.

  1. Children of Serving and Retired Defence Personnel.
  2. Children of DHA residents.
  3. Others on availability of seats

Admission Procedure at DHACSS SKBZ Campus

Apply for Admission Get the admission Form/Prospectus, date and syllabus for Admission Test against the voucher deposited in the bank.
Complete & Submit Documents

Submit the complete Admission form along with the following documents.

    1. Photocopy of NADRA (Birth Certificate) only for Class-1
    2. Original School Leaving Certificate (From Class II to IX)
    3. Photocopy of Report Card (Last Class Passed from Previous School)
    4. Photocopy of CNIC (Parents / Guardian)
    5. Admission Form with 2 x Passport size Photographs with blue background
    6. Transfer Performa of DHACSS in case of last DHACSS institution
    7. DHA /CBC / Armed Forces Certificate from Department
Appear for an Interview  Prepare well and bring your own stationary for Admission Test on the given date. Parents/Guardian need to accompany the student at the time of interview with Vice Principal / Principal.
Pay your Fee Get the admission fee voucher from the Admission cell/ Accounts section and pay in the bank mentioned on the fee voucher.
Enroll the class Submit the paid fee voucher to the Admission Cell for issuance of GR No. / Enrolment No.
Buy Your Books Buy the syllabus /stationary form the book shop and then proceed to your respective class and give slip to Class Teacher on first day.
